BioDwell is committed to getting your environmental testing kits to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Area

BioDwell currently ships to all 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact us at support@biodwell.com for more information.

Shipping Restrictions

Some water testing kits may contain preservatives or materials that have specific shipping requirements. These restrictions are noted on the product page for each affected kit. Please verify any shipping restrictions before placing your order, particularly for kits that include chemical preservatives.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via:

  • Email to the address provided at checkout
  • SMS/text message if you opted in to text notifications at checkout

You can use your tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website.

Carrier Delays

Delivery times listed above are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. BioDwell is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions or capacity limitations
  • Weather events, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
  • Package theft or loss after confirmed delivery

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team for assistance.

Prepaid Return Shipping

Each BioDwell testing kit includes a prepaid return shipping label for sending your collected sample to the laboratory for analysis. Simply follow the instructions included in your kit to package and ship your sample. No additional shipping charges apply for returning your sample.
