At BioDwell, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Environmental Testing Kits
Damaged or Defective Kits
If you receive a testing kit that is damaged during shipping or is defective, we will replace it free of charge within 7 calendar days of delivery. To request a replacement:
- Contact us at support@biodwell.com within 7 days of receiving your kit
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Provide photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- Include a brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and, upon approval, ship a replacement kit at no additional cost. Damaged or defective replacements are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of approval.
Non-Kit Items
For products other than environmental testing kits, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, or your damaged kit replacement request is approved, we will process your refund according to the following guidelines:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged item, or defective product)
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item or a damaged/defective product
- If we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you

Please do not ship items back without first contacting us, as returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
