Your report arrives by email — typically 5–7 business days after lab receipt. Every report includes a plain-language summary alongside the raw lab data. If you have questions, our team reads the reports with you on request.

Every test BioDwell sells uses the same accredited laboratories and validated methodologies that commercial inspectors, healthcare providers, and remediators use.
We don't own a lab. We don't mark up in-house processing. We partner with ISO-17025 facilities for air and surface testing, EPA-compliant labs for water and radon, and toxicology labs for drug residue — whichever lab is best in class for the sample type.
The kits you receive are manufactured to those labs' collection specifications. The results you receive are the labs' reports, relayed to you with context and a summary — not interpreted, adjusted, or re-scored.
